2. Scope of services

We provide IT consulting, software development, SaaS product development, integration and API development, cloud infrastructure and deployment, and ongoing development and maintenance of software we have built or formally taken over. Our services are intended for businesses.

We do not provide technical support for hardware, operating systems, office software, user accounts or other products owned by third parties.

The information on this website describes our services in general terms and is not an offer. A contract is formed only when both parties accept a written proposal or agreement, which sets out the specific scope, schedule, price, payment terms and ownership of results. If such an agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

3. Use of the website

You may use this website to learn about our company and contact us. You must not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorised access to it or use the contact form to send unsolicited advertising or harmful content.

If you are not satisfied with our website or services, please write to info@3amsaas-ou.com with a description of the issue. We confirm receipt and aim to give a substantive answer within 15 working days. We try to resolve every disagreement through discussion first.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms and any agreements with 3AM SaaS OÜ are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes that cannot be settled by negotiation are resolved by Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Tallinn, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing or mandatory law provides a different jurisdiction.
