What we do
From the first technical decision to the hundredth release, each service can stand alone or be combined into one project.

More about this: Ongoing development and maintenanceHow it works
Projects are split into steps you can see and review, so decisions are made with working software in front of you.
You describe the business problem, the people involved and any deadlines. We ask questions, look at existing systems if there are any, and tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
We put the scope in writing: what will be built, what will not, the delivery steps and the cost. Nothing starts until you have read and accepted it.
Work happens in short cycles that each end with something you can try. Your feedback shapes the next cycle, and changes to the scope are agreed openly.
We deploy the software, hand over documentation and access, and agree whether you would like ongoing development and maintenance afterwards.
Why work with us
We would rather explain how we work than make claims you cannot check.
3AM SaaS OÜ is registered in the Estonian e-Business Register under code 16445075 and is VAT-registered (EE102534487). You can check our details at any time.
Proposals describe the work in terms your whole team can follow, not only the developers. Open questions and assumptions are written down rather than left implicit.
Because we focus on software that runs as a service, we plan for deployments, monitoring, updates and documentation from the start, not as an afterthought.
We are not tied to any software vendor or hosting provider, so technology choices are made around your requirements, budget and team.
We work with businesses: start-ups preparing a first product, small and medium-sized companies with a specific process to digitise, and teams that need extra development capacity for an existing application.
No. Alongside new projects we extend and maintain existing applications. Before taking over a codebase we review it and agree in writing what we will be responsible for.
No. We do not offer helpdesk services or technical support for devices, operating systems, office software, accounts or any products owned by other companies. Our work covers the software and systems included in an agreed project.
Every project is quoted individually after we understand its scope. You receive a written proposal describing the work, the delivery steps and the cost before anything starts. We do not publish a fixed price list.
Ownership, licensing and handover of source code are set out in the written agreement before work begins. We explain the options in plain language so there are no surprises later.
No. Our registered office is in Tallinn, and we work with clients remotely through video calls, shared documents and regular written updates. Agreements are made under Estonian law.
We read every message and reply by email during working hours, either with questions or with a suggestion for a short introductory call. There is no obligation to continue after that conversation.
